The search for a new rector at the Episcopal Church of the Resurrection has moved into a new gear with the official posting of the position details and the parish profile on The Episcopal Church's national websites. Any Episcopal priest who is open to a new call can now read about our opening and begin exploring and discerning a call to ECR.

It has been a long road getting to this point, but we are excited to now be in a position to receive questions and applications from potential new rectors. Meanwhile, armed with the job listing and parish profile, we will begin actively reaching out to recommended priests, inviting them to consider a call to ECR.

We will also begin actively exploring leads on priests we identify through connections and research as potential good fits for ECR. Please help us by passing along names of priests you know about or hear about to search.ecrstarkville@gmail.com.

We are blessed to be part of a wonderful parish that has continued to show strength and growth in so many ways as we embark on the search for a new rector. Please continue to pray that God will lead as we discern together with potential priests the call to become the next rector at ECR.
